Walking the North Shore
Activities May 28, 2012 Jessica Blumel 2

I’m sitting here drinking a cup of tea and doing my research on great things to do with kids on the North Shore. I just came across an interesting site that lists “10 Great North Shore Walks”! How appropriate now that summer is on its way (though I feel like we are still awaiting spring!).
What I liked about this site, aside from the fact that it is a list and I love lists, is that there are details and maps provided for each of the walks, so you can decide whether you think your kidlets would be up for the walk or whether it will be a walk you do solo. I’m deeming the wheelchair accessible ones as “stroller-friendly” as well, as that seems to make sense to me.
We live in the most beautiful place on earth and getting out into nature is what Vancouverites do best, so let’s get out there!
Happy Walking!

May 29, 2012 #1 AuthorI love that you’ve found a list of great walking spots in my neck of the woods, and even better that it includes info on whether or not dogs are allowed! I’ll have to make it a goal to check out each spot over the summer. Thanks for this!
