I have been on a major health kick lately. I don’t know what came over me, but I somehow started eliminating baked goods, breads and grains in general… kind of by semi-accident. I have never felt ‘great’ after eating pastas or muffins, even though I adore the taste. Don’t you worry-I still treat myself, but I am more selective when I do.
While I am more into salads and green smoothies these days than, well, anything else really, I still sit down at the end of the night with a glass of wine and a little sumthin’ sumthin’ (aka, a treat of some kind).
Salads taste better when you know you get dessert and wine after 😛
Snacking has gotten a bad rep, mostly because when you think of snack foods, you think of a list of ingredients that you can’t even pronounce- not to mention you feel good about putting into your body! Snacking on something like barkTHINS® though, you can feel better about treating yourself because the ingredients are simple, non-GMO, and FREE of artificial flavours and and colours.
barkTHINS® mission is to create a delicious snack that allows people to make their snacking experience better, while also never compromising on taste or commitment to sourcing the best possible ingredients. #snackingelevated
For the first time, we can now get all 4 of these delicious flavours of barkTHINS in Canada:
