Over the past year, I have had the great opportunity to connect with many of Vancouvermom.ca‘s 2012 Top 30 Vancouver Mom Bloggers. We have formed friendships through our writing, a facebook page we created (and post to constantly throughout the day), and by planning playdates and dinners out together. The “Top 5 Things You Don’t Know About Me” is a post that a few of us from the group decided to do together and publish simultaneously.
To check out some of the other mamas’ Top 5 Things, click on the links below their pictures. Have fun!

March 28, 2013 #3 Authorboth hubby and I HATE clowns like HATE them and I have a gf who literally ran away screaming from one leaving her kid in the dust once. thankfully she was with a group of friends so her daughter was fine but I don’t think she could have ran away faster, even if she was on fire….

April 5, 2013 #4 AuthorEschelle, I have run away from one (a drunk creepy one) and left my husband in the dust. What makes it so embarrassing is that we were on one of our first dates. My fear of clowns came out very early in our relationship hehe.

March 28, 2013 #5 AuthorI think clowns are scary too. There’s just something not right about them. I also can count how many times I wore hgh heels last year too!

April 5, 2013 #6 AuthorHmm… maybe we should get all dressed up so we can start on our second hand! Maybe I’ll make 2013 the year of high heels! 😉

March 28, 2013 #7 AuthorThe clown thing – so funny. I gotta understand this phobia. Do you feel threatened by them? I’m thinking of my fear of heights, I feel like I’d get hurt if I fall. So what is it about the clowns? Do tell.

April 5, 2013 #8 AuthorNat, I think it’s because of the face makeup and I feel like they are hiding something. I also had a scary encounter with a drunk clown late at night and it made me feel deceived by the overly-happy ‘nature’ of clowns!

March 28, 2013 #9 AuthorOh, Jess – you know I’m with you 100% on the clown front. They are just plain creepy. And I totally hear you on the music front… My days are filled with all kinds of munchkin-friendly songs, but I would love to spend more time listening to ‘me music’. Our new running challenge will be a great opportunity for it!

April 5, 2013 #10 AuthorGlad I am not alone on the clown front! Haha! Running challenge… right! Better get on that! 😉 Do you use Songza on your iPhone?
